Our free consultations are strictly dependent on you completing your preparation steps at least 48 hours before we meet. Because our calendar fills up quickly, if your videos have not been viewed and all required forms have not been submitted within 48 hours of your appointment, you will have the choice to reschedule your free appointment until you can complete the steps or proceed with the scheduled meeting as an unprepared, paid strategy session billed at our standard rate of $250. This fee will be applied to your estate planning service. 

By attending the session or leaving this appointment active on our calendar past the 48-hour deadline, you authorize the Law Office of Kendra L.R. Riley to bill you a non-refundable standard flat rate of $250. This fee covers the attorney's dedicated time and advanced review of your file in an un-prepared state. The credit card you put on file at the time of booking will be used to process the payment.
